Two airports are available to get to St. Simons Island. The Savannah / Hilton Head International Airport is located approximately 80 miles north of St. Simons Island in Savannah. An alternate option is the Jacksonville International Airport located approximately 70 miles south across the Florida state line in Jacksonville, FL.
